Our Product
All the meat is slaughtered locally. As the majority of the animals are born and reared on the farm, food miles are kept to a minimum, thus lowering the carbon footprint. This also has the advantage that the animals experience a stress free life.
Produce is professionally butchered and supplied in boxes, ready to take home and enjoy.
Pork
The Pigs are a rare breed, Gloucester Old Spot, great for pork and bacon.
The pigs are reared in a free range environment with constant access to the outside. Fed on grain grown and milled locally.
The pigs are given time to mature naturally thus ensuring maximum flavour.
