Our Product

All the meat is slaughtered locally. As the majority of the animals are born and reared on the farm, food miles are kept to a minimum, thus lowering the carbon footprint. This also has the advantage that the animals experience a stress free life.

Produce is professionally butchered and supplied in boxes, ready to take home and enjoy.

Half Lamb Boxes

Now available to order, Spring Lamb! ½ lamb boxes - £7.50 per kilo. Box includes: leg (cut in two), best chops, chump chops, shoulder and breast (deboned & rolled).

Home bred, free range, grass fed lamb. GM Free.

The minimum order quantity is ½ a lamb which weighs typically 8 - 10 kilos. Meat is jointed and ready for freezing.

Our Lamb

The Flock of Sheep are born and bred on the farm, whilst not certified organic, the sheep are reared to organic standards. Certification leads to an increase in production costs which ultimately would pass to the customer.

Currently the flock has over 60 breeding ewes and this year lambing started late January continuing into February.

As soon as weather pemits the lambs and ewes are turned out to graze on the spring grass.
