Our Product

All the meat is slaughtered locally. As the majority of the animals are born and reared on the farm, food miles are kept to a minimum, thus lowering the carbon footprint. This also has the advantage that the animals experience a stress free life.

Produce is professionally butchered and supplied in boxes, ready to take home and enjoy.

Beef

All our cattle are fed on natural produce and spend most of their time grazing on the farm. The majority of cattle are native breed, Welsh Black and Hereford.

The native breeds are more suitable to our way of farming, slowly matured with a natural diet, finished on grass rather than intensive rearing. Whilst not certified organic, the cattle are reared to organic standards. Certification leads to an increase in production costs which ultimately would pass to the customer.
